What you'll do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage in inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and present our benefits packages to union members. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible service while maintaining the integrity and transparency that American Income Life is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist clients.
• Set appointments and perform presentations for union members.
• Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork.
• Participate in quality control and leadership development initiatives.
