Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese to assist customers with inquiries and issues related to telecommunications services.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats to address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues, ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and provide technical support when needed for telecommunications products and services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the database to maintain comprehensive records of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate issues and ensure prompt resolution for customers.
  • Stay updated on telecommunications products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and upsell where appropriate.


Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or consumer services industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and team members.
