Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Italian to clients inquiring about health and wellness products via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers by providing information about product benefits, usage, and order details with empathy and professionalism.
- Effectively address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product teams to stay updated on new health and wellness offerings and provide accurate information to customers.
- Keep a meticulous record of customer interactions and feedback to inform service improvements.
- Support team objectives by contributing to process enhancements and promoting a positive workplace environment.
Requirements - Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken, with excellent command of English.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the health, wellness, or beauty sectors is preferred.

- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport.
