Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients in Italian via phone, email, and chat.

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services to provide effective support.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the company CRM system.

Requirements
  • Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and effective use of technology in a remote work setting.
