Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and technical support.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on Imperial Brands products and services to provide informed support.


Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
