Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with customers.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and online travel platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
