Your Responsibilities
- Patient screening - Offer top-tier customer service (no sales involved).
- You will assist the patients until they are successfully linked with the study site.
Your Qualifications
- Fluent in Dutch (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level), and English (C1 minimum, operational language).
- You completed an education or a degree in medicine or a medically related profession.
- You have experience with phone and email inquiries, preferably in a call center.
- You have solid PC skills and IT affinity.
- You have a separate, quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection: Minimum 25 Mbit/s download and 5 Mbit/s upload DSL speed.
