Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with account setup, subscriptions, and troubleshooting technical issues on the online streaming platform.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database system.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions in a timely manner.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys to gather insights for service improvement and share with management.
- Stay updated on the latest streaming content, platform updates, and technical issues to better assist customers.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in an online or digital environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with online streaming services and technologies is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
