Job Duties: 

• Answer phones promptly and professionally 

• Respond to emails, texts, and web-submissions 

• Educate and sell services to customers 

• Schedule services for new and existing customers 

Candidates should possess these core competencies:

• Strong communications skills (both verbal and written) 

• Detail oriented

• Problem solving abilities

Abilities: 

• Type more than 50 words per minute 

• Able to sit for long periods of time
