WHO/WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Stallion Prepit Team is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative with top-notch communication skills and is capable of handling phone and email support, working together with the operations team and account managers. 

 

YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM: 

  • Handling Phone Calls 
  • Handling Emails
  • Communicating with Operations Team Lead and Account Managers 
  • Answering General Inquiries pertaining to the service offerings 
  • Resolving any issues that come up

BASIC REQUIREMENT:

  • 1 year Customer Service Experience Minimum 
  • Solid work from home setup with good connection including headset

NOT REQUIRED, BUT WOULD BE A GREAT ASSET:

  • Ecommerce experience an asset 

WORK HOURS: 

Monday to Friday: Must be available to work from  9 AM - 5 PM EST. 

Minimum of 40 hours per week
