Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Remote, Precision Imaging Centers
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to deliver exceptional service and support. Your role will involve managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring the accuracy of account and billing information. You’ll act as a liaison between Precision Imaging Centers and our patients, contributing to an excellent customer experience.
This is a full-time remote position with our RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) team, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
