Our client is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Rep (face-to-face) to join their team in Kansas City, MO. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.
About the Customer Service Rep Role:
In this role, you will be essential to our client's customer service experience, acting as the first point of contact for in-person inquiries and assisting with new customer sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed guidance on product and service options.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional assistance, building rapport while addressing customer needs.
