Our client is expanding and looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Rep (face-to-face) to join their team in Kansas City, MO. This is an on-site position; remote work is not available.  


 

About the Customer Service Rep Role:  

In this role, you will be essential to our client's customer service experience, acting as the first point of contact for in-person inquiries and assisting with new customer sign-ups.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Engage directly with customers to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and provide detailed guidance on product and service options.
  • Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional assistance, building rapport while addressing customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth, unified customer experience across all interactions.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups to drive satisfaction.
  • Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and policies to offer informed support.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and service improvements.
