Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively and promptly.
• Guide customers on product-related questions and provide them with tailored solutions.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and identify areas for enhancement.
• Stay updated on company products and services to offer accurate and helpful information.
• Deliver feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential service improvements.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Adept at problem-solving and managing customer complaints with a positive attitude.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
