Job Duties and Responsibilities 

• Calling clients that requested their benefits.
• Setting appointments with clients to review their benefits with them.
• Reviewing benefits virtually through Zoom with the client.
• Enrolling clients in their benefits.
• Completing the report card with each client once the benefits overview is complete
