Are you ready to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment? Join our team as a Call Center Customer Service Representative and make an impact!

 

📌 Position Details:

✅ Hourly Rate: $17.00
✅ Shift Differential:

  • + $1.50/hr (Monday – Sunday, 6 PM – 6 AM)
  • + $1.00/hr (Saturday & Sunday, 6 AM – 6 PM)

✅ Training:

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (3 weeks)
  • Breaks: 1-hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks

 

💡 What You'll Do:

📞 Answer inbound calls, assess caller needs, and provide resolutions
 📝 Document calls thoroughly and accurately
 📋 Follow company policies and escalate issues when needed
 🎯 Deliver clear, professional communication to customers

 

🌟 What We're Looking For:

✔️ A positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic
 ✔️ Clear, confident communication skills
 ✔️ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
 ✔️ Sharp attention to detail with excellent grammar & spelling


📌 Requirements:
 ✅ Typing speed of 30 WPM
 ✅ Internet speed test: 70% minimum
 ✅ At least 1 year of telephone customer service experience
 ✅ Must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and fingerprinting
