Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service support to Norwegian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction with prompt responses.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups.
• Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and assist in onboarding new team members when necessary.

• Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken); knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is beneficial.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for this new opportunity.
