Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests effectively and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to develop skills.
Requirements - Fluency in German (both spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with customer service tools and technology.
