Responsibilities

Requirements - Fluent in German (both verbal and written); knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
