Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay informed about products and services to provide relevant information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements - Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset.
