JOB TITLE: Customer Service Technical Support
RATE: PHP 178.57 per hour
Work Type: Full-time, Remote/WFH
Working Hours: TBD (usually US hrs | Night shift)

General Purpose of the Position:
Takes and processes phone calls, emails, correspondence, and escalations from customers, technicians, and agents provides assignment status information to customers and maintains knowledge of company organizational policies and procedures.
Comfortable with working nights, weekends, and holidays and strong written and verbal communication skills.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter tickets/orders on clients system
Invoice tickets/ Payout techs (Making sure that payouts are aligned)
Process/ Request Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Route tickets to techs
Change Status of tickets if a tech has been assigned
Text/Call techs if there’s a delay on the ticket
Determine if the customer’s needs were met based on their description of their problem within the work order and the technician’s closing notes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a customer-focused environment.
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Must be comfortable with working nights, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and remote troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
