Join our team as a Remote Benefits Specialist and help guide clients in securing financial protection through insurance benefits. Prior experience in insurance sales is a plus, but we're open to candidates from all backgrounds. Your ability to learn, connect with people, and assist them in making informed decisions is what we value most.

What You'll Do:
 
  • Client Engagement: Schedule and conduct virtual appointments using company-provided leads
  • Benefit Analysis: Conduct benefits assessments via Zoom, educate clients, identify additional needs, and assist in the qualification process
  • Sales and Underwriting: Close sales, complete underwriting, and ensure applications are accurate
  • Compliance: Stay updated with insurance rules and regulations
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, managers, and customer service teams
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

  • Multichannel Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and text
  • Active Listening: Understand client needs and offer personalized solutions
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records
  • Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings

  • Experience: Insurance sales experience is a plus but not required

Requirements:
 
  • Reside in ON, AB, BC. NL 
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Be able to complete state-specific insurance licensing requirements
