This position will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex customer inquiries and issues while providing exceptional service and support. You will be working in a team environment with an exciting collaborative office culture. This is an on-site role, 5 days per week. Salary ranges from $55-60K with full benefits and PTO.
Responsibilities include:
- A continued up to date and deep knowledge of all company products, services, policies, and procedures
- Complete ecosystem of the customer which may include, but not limited to; inquiries, resolving issues, data, processes, records, patterns, trends and customer satisfaction
- Customer white glove care offering assistance and guidance for a positive experience
- Ability to identify patterns, trends and areas for continuous improvement
- Thoroughly gather any pertaining information to help resolve complaints efficiently
- Utilize all teams such as merchandising, marketing, warehousing, and sales for customer resolutions
- Process new applications for health care coverage via the telephone including building tax household, household income, eligibility determinations, interpreting determinations made by the Marketplace, and enrollment into health plans.
Qualifications:
- CSR experience or related roles that required an ability to resolve issues
- Skilled at analyzing information and implementing solutions
- Highly proficient with customer service software, databases, and MS Office Suite
- Natural problem solver with patience to handle difficult situations
- Flexible to work in a team or independently
- Top notch communication skills both internally and customer facing
- Preceding experience in wholesale or a creative/technical industry a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Education and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0 – 1 years of experience, previous experience in customer service preferred
- Must be able to speak and read in English
- Ability to work within established turnaround times
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
