What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers via email, phone, live chat, and social media to address inquiries.
- Assist with orders, shipping details, product information, and return processes.
- Deliver high-quality, solution-driven responses as a daily standard.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A solutions-oriented, adaptable attitude.
Tech Requirements:
