This position is fully remote and is open only to Belizeans.
We are a leading Medicare contracted supplier that provides high-quality medical supplies and durable medical equipment to our valued patients.
INTERNET & HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
- MUST have 2 monitors.
- 8 GB of system memory.
- i3 processor or higher.
- Fiber or highspeed internet of at least 20MBPs. (both upload & download)
- Windows 10 or 11 with Google Chrome web browser installed.
- Wired headset.
- Malware and virus-free/protected computer.
- Skype account.
- Valid Passport or Driver’s License ONLY.
Responsibilities list:
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements
- Willing to work on EST schedule (8:30 AM EST - 6:00 PM EST) or 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Belize Time.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $8/hr
